Quinn is a well known scholar of local legends, and despite Cal's protests, insists on delving in the mystery. But when the first signs of evil appear months early, it's not only the town Cal tries to protect, but also his heart. I would also recommend, if you missed reading Tino Georgiou's masterpiece--The Fates, go and read it.

Disappointing

As I know and love Ms. Roberts mystery trilogies such as the Three Sisters trilogy, I was looking forward pretty much to this new book and the start of a new trilogy. But I was badly dissapointed. The plot of all of her books is predictable in a certain way, but here it is just a little too much. While reading the book, I was bored as I was never before by a Roberts mystery novel. I will definitely not read the sequels.

Wie immer gut aber nicht atemberaubend

Wundervolle Männer und tolle Frauen mit tollen Charaktereigenschaften kämpfen gegen das Böse. Wie immer unterhaltsam, spannend genug und natürlich so romantisch, dass man als Frau einfach wünschen muss, dass genau solche Männer mal an die Türe klopfen würden.Allerdings, und deshalb einen Punkt Abzug, man könnte auch einfach die "Sisters-Island" und die "Circle"-Trilogie nehmen und mixen, heraus käme ziemlich genaue diese Trilogie.Also ich habe das Buch gelesen, genossen und empfehle es auch weiter. Wer ein spannedes Wohlfühlbuch sucht und Nora Roberts kennt, weiss genau was er bekommt. Mehr allerdings auch nicht.
